Payment options

For New Zealand customers we accept direct bank deposits. You will be promted through this at checkout.  Your items will be shipped after funds have cleared. If funds have not cleared after three days your item will be put back in store and order cancelled. Please contact us if you are having any difficulties.

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to have an account with Paypal for credit card purchases. You will be prompted through this process at checkout. It’s easy as, and a totally secure credit card payment method. For more info on Paypal   security click here.

Also for New Zealand customers we welcome over the phone credit card payment. Do not proceed through the on-line checkout for this option. Just call the store & let us know what you are wanting on 03 4771036. 

All payments are made in NZ dollars. The currency exchanger is a guide only and conversion may differ slightly at time of payment.  

Pre-orders

Sometimes for various reasons we don’t receive all of an order from brands. If this happens we will refund you in full.  Or if there is something else you are wanting if your pre-order has become unavailable we can exchange and refund any difference.

We can only estimate the delivery date of a pre-ordered item; we will keep you updated with the ETA. If it’s taking freakin ages due to a production hold up and you need new clothes now, we happy to offer you a exchange or refund. 

Full payment is required with pre-orders. See also notes on pricing below.

Lay-bys

New Zealand customers can lay-by items, however this must be done through calling our Dunedin store. The staff will be happy to set up a lay-by for you over the phone. Our basic terms are 20% deposit (which can be processed by over the phone credit card) and 6 weeks to pay.  We are unable to refund or exchange on lay-by purchases so please choose carefully. Pricing

Some times pricing gets changed on us with little notice, this is out of our control and we reserve the right to alter pricing at our discretion.

On the very rare occasion  - An item you have purchased on-line, may be purchased by someone else at the same time in our Dunedin store, we will happily refund the purchase amount or suggest another item. We may be able to source another same item from a supplier, but there may be delays in delivery. We will notify you to see how you would like to proceed.
